PARKING INFORMATION
- View our Parking Map here.
- If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase one parking pass per vehicle. Parking options start at $20 per vehicle for General Parking when purchased online prior to the day of the show. General Parking is $25 per vehicle upon arrival at the venue on the day of the show, and we accept credit/debit or Apple/Google Pay only; no cash. To upgrade your night, Premier or Reserved Parking can be purchased. To reserve a parking space, click here.
- ARRIVAL
- For General, Premier, Accessible and Reserved Parking, use Horizons Parkway and turn onto Music Blvd. There will be three lanes of traffic heading towards the venue via Music Blvd. Please follow signage to the appropriate lot.
- Please take note of the signage in our lot as you walk in. We recommend taking a photo of the marker nearest to your car to reference after the show.
- DEPARTURE
- Please follow our crew's instructions, as they will guide you safely out of our parking lots.
DROP OFF & PICKUP AREAS
Our Uber/Rideshare lot is located at the northernmost part of the parking lot to the east of Premium Parking. To access, take Horizons Parkway and turn onto NW 41st Street going west. Take your first left onto NW Mattox Rd, then turn right onto NW 39th Street. Follow signage to the Uber/Rideshare Lot. An attendant will direct you to a lane.
If you are catching an Uber/Rideshare after the show, exit the general gates and walk northeast, following the perimeter sidewalk of the venue fence.

We are a cashless venue. Please come prepared to use contactless forms of payment. All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.
BOX OFFICE
Our in-person Box Office, located at the Main Entrance to the venue, will be open:
Show Days – NOON until headliner takes the stage
All transactions at the box office are credit or debit card only; no cash will be accepted. There is a flat service fee of $8 per ticket for purchases at the box office. Taxes apply.
THE MERCH
Find artist merchandise available for all concerts at our Merch Shops located throughout the venue.
RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.
