The Need-to-Know Before You Go

The show will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather, we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages and in-venue screens.

GATE TIMES

Come hang with us typically 60-90 minutes prior to the show time, but check back on this page for exact timings for your show.

PARKING LOTS

If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase one parking pass per vehicle. Parking options start at $20 per vehicle for General Parking when purchased online prior to the day of the show. General Parking is $25 per vehicle upon arrival at the venue on the day of the show, and we accept credit/debit or Apple/Google Pay only; no cash.

To upgrade your night, Premier or Reserved Parking can be purchased.

DROP OFF & PICKUP AREAS

Our Uber/Rideshare lot is located at the Northernmost part of the parking lot, located to the east of the VIP lot. To access, turn onto NW 41st street when on Horizons parkway. Take your first left, onto Mattox Rd, follow the signage, and then take NW 39th street to the labeled "Uber/Rideshare Lot." An attendant will direct you to a lane.

To walk to this lot when leaving a show, exit the general gates and head Northeast, following the perimeter sidewalk of the venue fence. View our Parking Map here.

WHEN YOU GET HERE

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY

Your phone is your ticket. Save time and download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app before you arrive. More info on mobile tickets here.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY

We are a cashless venue. Please come prepared to use contactless forms of payment. All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.

BOX OFFICE

Our in-person Box Office, located at the Main Entrance to the venue, will be open:
Monday 6/1 – NOON to 9PM
Show Days – NOON until headliner takes the stage

All transactions at the box office are credit or debit card only; no cash will be accepted. There is a flat service fee of $8 per ticket for purchases at the box office. Taxes apply.

THE MERCH

Find artist merchandise available for all concerts at our Merch Shops located throughout the venue.

RECYCLING

You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.
