Accessibility
Morton Amphitheater strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible to everyone. For more questions or information not mentioned below, please contact us before your visit at MortonAmpitheaterHelp@LiveNation.com. Our in-person Box Office, located at the Main Gate, is open on show days only starting at 12pm.
Arrival & Accessible Entrances:
All venue entrances are wheelchair accessible. If you park in an Accessible Parking space, the Main Entrance will be the closest entrance.
Restrooms:
All restroom buildings are wheelchair accessible and contain wheelchair accessible stalls.
Concession Stands:
All concession and merchandise stands are wheelchair accessible. Our staff is willing to assist anywhere help is needed.
Ticketing:
Tickets for seats located in our accessible sections can be purchased online here. Our box office is not equipped to take ticket orders over the phone. The website or in-person during box office hours are the only methods for purchasing tickets. Our box office is open on show days ONLY from 12pm until the headliner takes the stage.
When purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster, click "Filters" then "Show Accessible Tickets." If these tickets are sold out, please purchase a general admission lawn ticket and we will do our best to accommodate you on the day of the show. Once in the venue, please visit one of our guest service kiosks or main entrance of the lawn if you need assistance.
Be advised that on the day of the show accessible seating is done on a first come, first served, basis. Our accessible seating area can reach capacity early. Accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need plus one companion.
Lawn:
Our lawn is uncovered and subject to the elements. In bad weather, the terrain can become difficult to navigate, making some areas inaccessible for people with limited mobility. Please note that there is an elevator to access the lawn area. If you have purchased a lawn ticket and find the lawn inaccessible to you, please visit one of our guest service kiosks or main entrance of the lawn. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
Accessible Parking:
Accessible Parking is located just outside our North Main Gate and South VIP Gates. We recommend driving into the venue via Horizon Parkway. Upon arrival on event day, inform staff that you need accessible parking. A visible state-issued plate or placard is required to use an accessible parking spot.
Accessible parking is subject to availability and first-come, first-served. Morton Amphitheater honors any state-issued accessible parking placard for a vehicle that fits in a 9' x 18' parking space without impeding
the people on either side of your vehicle. Oversized vehicles (e.g. stretch limos, RVs, buses, etc.) with an accessible parking placard will NOT be allowed to park in an accessible parking space.
To ensure you can park as close as possible, we recommend arriving when the parking gates open. Please check our social accounts or mortonampitheater.com for times, as they change per show.
Medication Needs:
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.
Dietary Needs:
Morton Amphitheater takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet all requests.
Service Animals:
At Morton Amphitheater, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals, are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on, or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained.
The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.
Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area.
Sign Language Interpretation:
If you will need an interpreter for an event, please email your request to MortonAmpitheaterHelp@LiveNation.com at least 2 weeks in advance, after you have purchased your tickets, so we can arrange for an interpreter for your show. When you arrive for the show, if you would like assistance getting to your seating area, please check in with the box office. We would be happy to introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats.
Assistive Listening Devices:
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology in Morton Amphitheater is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. Download the free app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
If you do not wish to use your device, please visit the Accessible Assistance table located at the entrance to the pavilion on the North VIP or South Main Entry. A photo ID is required in exchange for a device.
Mobility Device Storage:
Guests are responsible for their mobility devices inside the venue. We are unable to store wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices.
